About the Role


We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our Rehabilitation Services team as the Director of Rehabilitation Services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation services that meet the needs of our patients and community.


Key Responsibilities



  • Leadership and Management: Provide leadership and management to the Rehabilitation Services team, ensuring effective collaboration and communication with stakeholders across the organization.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of rehabilitation services, achieving high operating effectiveness and efficiency as measured by internal and external outcomes and benchmarking reports.
  • Patient-Centric Care: Ensure that patients receive the highest quality and most effective services available in the community, promoting patient-centered care and a culture of excellence.
  • Financial Management: Oversee financial and administrative issues, managing annual capital and operating budgets, analyzing expenses, revenue, and clinician productivity based on monthly reports.
  • Accreditation and Compliance: Maintain standards to meet all requirements of Joint Commission, CARF, and other accrediting bodies, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Partner closely with Rehabilitation Services and CRWH leaders to ensure consistent, effective, efficient, and high-quality services and care, promoting the value of Rehabilitation Services throughout the organization and advocating for services throughout the community.

Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A minimum of a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Audiology or Business or Health Care Administration.
  • At least five years of health care management experience required.
  • Strong working knowledge of facility operational and financial issues required.
