Estimated Salary Range:

$110,000 - $130,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients' physical abilities and create personalized treatment plans to promote recovery and rehabilitation.
  • Develop and implement effective therapy programs, incorporating evidence-based practices and techniques.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and optimal outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to take an active role in their rehabilitation journey.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Massachusetts.
  • Current certification in BLS (Basic Life Support).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
