Position Overview:

A Customer Support Specialist engages with clients through phone interactions to facilitate seamless transactions. Your role involves addressing customer inquiries and directing them to the relevant department or supervisor when required, utilizing sound judgment in managing customer grievances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and reroute calls from the customer support center.
  • Offer administrative assistance to department leaders.
  • Maintain call logs and the customer service database.
  • Review and relay online inquiries from clients.
  • Perform various tasks to ensure a superior experience for every customer interaction.
  • Handle warranty registrations.
  • Provide support in other operational areas as needed.
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday.
Compensation:
$16 - $18 per hour, based on experience.

Ideal Candidate Attributes:
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to assess customer needs and respond promptly.
  • Capability to perform under pressure.
