Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Autonomous Maintenance Technician to join our Maintenance team at Marvin. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, upkeep, and performance of processes needed to achieve our operations goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform OPM/Provisional Standards on production equipment.
  • Assist with production equipment set-up and start-up.
  • Learn how to operate production equipment in assigned areas.
  • Perform consumable change outs, such as tooling, filters, and staple guns.
  • Enter repair work orders into Maintenance Software (CMMS).
  • Assist maintenance with repairs as assigned.
  • Assist with training new operators.
  • Perform other jobs as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Ability to learn equipment operation.
  • Equipment and process knowledge.
  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic.
  • Safe work habits.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Communication skills.
