About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist III to join our MTO department, where you will play a critical role in the window building process. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building jigs and fixtures, working with equipment, and providing alternative solutions to complex window and door builds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work safely and maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Build and maintain equipment and tools in the MTO department
  • Collaborate with R&D, Special Projects, and other teams to complete complex builds
  • Train and mentor other operators to expand their skillsets
  • Provide guidance and instruction to a team in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in woodworking or a related field
  • Strong aptitude and skills in woodworking and building products from prints
  • Ability to read window work orders and schematics
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Marvin window and door platform
