Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Medical Assistant to join our team at MSO North TX Surgical Oncology. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our physicians and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare patients for examination and treatment by taking vital signs and obtaining medical histories
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms with necessary instruments and supplies, including sterilization
  • Assist physicians with minor surgeries and physicals, as well as administer injections and assist with lab testing and phlebotomy
  • Answer telephone calls and screen referrals
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assisting program or equivalent experience
  • Active and unrevoked RMA, CCMA, CMA, NCMA, or NCRMA certification/ABR-OE credentials highly preferred
