Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Director of Franchise Sales and Development to join our team at Yadav Corporate. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive franchise growth, recruiting new franchisees, and acquiring existing locations. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to make a significant impact on our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to recruit new franchisees and acquire existing locations.
  • Lead the franchise recruitment process, ensuring timely completion of annual recruitment goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing materials, manage the franchise recruitment process, and select suitable candidates.
  • Nurture relationships with industry contacts, networks with multi-unit franchisees, and represents the company at trade shows and events.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Franchise Sales Industry, preferably with QSR experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven sales, communication, and team-building skills, with excellent written and oral communication abilities.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook applications.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvement strategies.
