We're seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Childcare Teacher to join our team of childcare professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for our children.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote learning and development.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, including adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a smooth childcare experience.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date on best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

  • 2-year degree in early childhood education or related field.
  • Prior experience in childcare, preferably in a lead or supervisory role.
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.
