- Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all local childcare regulatory agency requirements.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and implement activities that promote learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents through regular updates and progress reports.
- Prior experience in childcare or a related field.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
- 2-year degree in early childhood or a related field preferred.
