We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lead Childcare Teacher to join our team at Yellow Brick Road Child Care I. As a key member of our childcare team, you will be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for our young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth in children.
  • Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and healthy environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and a smooth childcare experience.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in childcare or a related field.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well in a team.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and properly lift infants into and out of a crib.
  • Infant – Pre-Kindergarten Teachers: 2 Year degree in early childhood or related field preferred.
