About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Interventionist to join our team at Intercare Therapy. As a Behavior Interventionist, you will play a vital role in providing in-home behavioral intervention to children affected by autism and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver in-home behavioral intervention services to children with autism and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans to promote positive behavior change
  • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support and services
  • Provide training and support to families on behavioral strategies and techniques
  • Conduct regular progress monitoring and evaluation to ensure effective service delivery
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, social work)
  • Experience working with children with autism and their families
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and techniques
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
