Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our team at CHRIS 180. As a Clinician, you will provide direct therapeutic services to clients, including individual and group therapy settings, and administer assessments to ensure high-quality clinical services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct therapeutic services to clients, including group work and family therapy
  • Administer required behavioral and mental health assessments for children and families
  • Facilitate comprehensive clinical-related training to interns and support staff
  • Coordinate services for each participant in conjunction with the case management team
  • Participate in weekly case staffing and offer clinical feedback regarding client treatment needs
  • Attend, facilitate, and assist with providing ongoing education and support services to adult caregivers seeking reunification
  • Provide crisis intervention and guidance to children and families regarding clinical components of crisis intervention and long-term treatment strategies
Requirements
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Master's degree in Social Work with direct clinical experience, required
  • Licensure (LMSW or LCSW-C) to provide clinical services in Georgia or eligible to obtain professional licensure or registration; Independent Licensure is preferred
  • Experience providing clinical services to refugee and/or immigrant populations, is strongly preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and participate in emergency on-call
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, including interpersonal communication, and clinical and persuasive writing skills

Work Environment

This is a full-time position and typically works Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm but requires flexibility. The physical demands described here represent those that must be met by an employee to perform the essential functions of this job successfully.
