Job Summary

We are seeking a Per Diem On-Call Hospice Registered Nurse (Weekends / Nights) to join our team in the Alpharetta / Atlanta, GA area. As a hospice nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comfort, support, and dignity to terminally ill patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with physicians and other professionals to plan patient care
  • Triage phone calls and respond to patient needs
  • Work with caregivers to develop and execute comprehensive patient care plans
  • Administer medication and provide education to patients and caregivers
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families during the end-of-life journey
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a hospice nurse or registered nurse
  • Knowledge of nursing care processes and medication guidelines/side-effects
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bilingual skills a plus
