Role Overview:
Brink Constructors, Inc.

This role is pivotal in overseeing assigned projects, ensuring their successful execution, profitability, and client satisfaction. The Project Coordinator will work within established timelines and uphold quality standards while adhering to company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities include planning contract administration, directing project activities, monitoring field operations, coaching team members, and fostering client relationships. Collaboration with internal support teams and external stakeholders is essential for project success.

Compensation:

This is a salaried position with a compensation range of $100,000 to $145,000, varying based on location, skills, and experience.

Location and Travel: This position requires 100% travel, with responsibilities on various project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and administer prime contracts, construction subcontracts, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate scheduling with Construction Managers.
  • Collaborate with Assistant Project Managers, supervisors, trade contractors, and suppliers to manage project timelines, progress, and material deliveries.
  • Provide weekly updates on project status to the Director of Project Management, including subcontractor performance and personnel alignment.
  • Foster a collaborative environment with team members and clients to promote teamwork and professionalism.
  • Adapt management style to effectively handle changing project requirements.
  • Oversee invoicing processes and ensure timely approvals.
  • Manage material control and project overheads.
  • Ensure project facilities are adequately equipped for efficient operations.
  • Oversee subcontractor management, including scope development and invoice approvals.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings.
  • Mentor and train junior staff members.
  • Manage project close-out and warranty processes.
  • Adhere to internal policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in DB/EPC projects within the power delivery sector, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission and substation work.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
  • Proficient in technology and computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
  • Strong management and supervisory capabilities.
  • High integrity and ethical standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Valid and active driver's license.
