Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality control plans to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor construction quality and identify potential issues.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement quality management systems.
- Provide training and guidance to project staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, including owners, subcontractors, and design partners, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in quality management to ensure our company remains at the forefront of the industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control or a related field, with a proven track record of ensuring high-quality project outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment, techniques, and materials, as well as relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
- Certification in quality management or a related field.
- Experience working on large-scale construction projects, with a focus on water and wastewater treatment infrastructure.
- Knowledge of BIM/VDC construction management and three-dimensional modeling.
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $160,000.
