Job Summary

The Clinical Nurse is a key member of the healthcare team at Dartmouth Health, responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and promoting a culture of excellence. This role requires a strong commitment to evidence-based practice, critical thinking, and effective communication.

Key Responsibilities

Utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, and develop individualized plans of care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.

Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and outcomes.

Requirements

Graduate from an accredited Nursing Program required.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) with 1 year of experience preferred.

Associate Degree (ADN) prepared nurses with 2 years' experience may be considered.

Required Licensure/Certifications: Licensed Registered Nurse with New Hampshire eligibility and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
