Job Summary

Premise Health is seeking a PRN Care Technician or Medical Assistant to join our team in Princeton, IN. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support services in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal hygiene and assist with activities of daily living for patients
  • Prepare treatment rooms and patients for examination
  • Inventories and orders medical supplies and materials
  • Operate electrocardiograph (EKG) and other equipment to administer routine diagnostic tests
  • Schedule appointments and make follow-up phone calls to patients
  • Perform administrative tasks, complete client company and OSHA regulated forms, and provide assistance at the front desk
  • Key data into computer to maintain clinic and patient records
Requirements
  • CPR (BLS for the Healthcare Provider/Professional Rescuer) Certification
  • Associate's degree or equivalent from an accredited Medical Assistant or Nursing Assistant Program training program (preferred)
  • Work experience in a health center/doctor's office setting or long-term care (preferred)
  • Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Internet software, Spreadsheet software, and Word Processing software
