Key Responsibilities:

Business and Process Management

  • Identify and implement enhancements in Profit & Loss Management, Forecasting, and Supply Chain processes.
  • Oversee weekly margin assessments and discuss critical action items with sales teams.
  • Lead customer ideation sessions and explore private label opportunities.
  • Revise departmental Standard Operating Procedures and manage product initiatives and promotional activities.
  • Address urgent Quality Assurance inquiries and demonstrate expertise in essential systems (SAP, AFO, BI, CRM, etc.).
  • Discover avenues to enhance profitability and surpass Key Performance Indicators.

Planning, Analysis, and Communication

  • Own and exceed profitability and volume objectives.
  • Manage Price FX oversight and validate forecasts for base and promotional volumes.
  • Collaborate with sales on distressed product management and annual financial planning.
  • Supervise accrual balances and facilitate cross-functional communication for new business notifications and launches.
  • Generate and present customer-specific insights and analytical data.

Reporting and Administration

  • Create concise one-page plans with Business Development/Account Executives, monitor marketing initiatives, and manage pricing strategies.
  • Oversee new customer onboarding, pricing structures, and system compliance.
  • Coordinate product samples, manage customer complaints, and conduct quarterly reviews and updates.

Team Collaboration

  • Participate in cross-functional meetings and product evaluations.
  • Engage in organizational development and team-building activities.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in analytics, sales, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong sense of urgency.
  • Ability to excel both independently and as part of a diverse team.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other relevant systems, with capabilities in pivot tables, V-lookups, and data analysis.
