PMA Consultants is seeking a skilled project construction scheduler for a significant initiative with a prominent client. This role encompasses overseeing construction endeavors from inception to completion, which includes financial oversight and bid management. The position provides a flexible work arrangement, combining both on-site and remote responsibilities.
Key Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is mandatory.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Critical Path Method (CPM) or a comparable scheduling role is essential.
- Proficiency in scheduling tools such as Oracle Primavera and Primavera P6 is required.
- A solid grasp of project life cycles and experience in crafting Level 3 schedules is necessary.
- Experience in Transmission and Distribution scheduling is crucial.
- Exceptional communication abilities and the capacity to independently lead project meetings are vital.
Physical: Candidates should be capable of remaining seated or standing for extended periods, lifting up to 15 pounds, and working for prolonged durations on a computer. Cognitive: Strong analytical and communication skills, along with computer literacy and the ability to interpret written material, are essential.
