Job Title: Delivery Expert

Join Domino's Pizza LLC as a Delivery Expert and become a part of our dynamic team. As a Delivery Expert, you will be responsible for delivering pizzas and other menu items to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Project a positive image to customers and provide excellent customer service.
  • Drive safely and courteously, obeying all traffic laws.
  • Know the store's delivery area and be able to navigate it effectively.
  • Ability to read area maps and use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
  • Taking orders over the phone and in person, and accurately processing payments.
  • Greeting customers within 10 seconds and building relationships with them.
  • Effective cash handling, cash drops, and reconciliation.
  • Accurate tip reporting and contributing to making line and orders.
  • Assisting with keeping the store clean and stocked, and delivering leaflets and door hangers as required.
Requirements:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must hold a valid driver's license and provide proof of liability insurance.
  • Must have a clean, unrestricted driving record and a clean, reliable, and safe vehicle.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
  • Must be able to make correct monetary change and communicate verbally with customers and team members.
  • Talking and hearing on the telephone, near and mid-range vision for most in-store tasks, and mid-range and distant vision for delivery tasks.
Work Conditions and Requirements:
  • Varying and sometimes adverse weather outside, on the road, as deliveries are made.
  • Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
  • Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
  • Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust, and cramped quarters including walk-in cooler.
  • Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500 degrees or higher, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.
  • Bulk product deliveries are made twice a week or more and are unloaded by the team member using a hand truck.
