Available Shifts: Saturday - Sunday, 7 AM - 3 PM
- Competitive Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and Greet: Greet residents and guests, determine the nature of their visit, and direct them to the appropriate destination.
- Package and Delivery Management: Receive and manage packages and deliveries, ensuring timely and secure delivery to residents.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, resolving complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Administrative Support: Perform basic clerical duties, including answering telephones, faxing, copying, and other administrative tasks.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work area, folding and washing towels, and performing light cleaning and organization tasks.
Requirements:
- Interpersonal Skills: Build positive relationships with residents, guests, and colleagues, demonstrating a high level of interpersonal skills.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift boxes up to 25 pounds and stand for several hours, with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in handling office equipment, including complex multiple-lined telephones, printers, and copy machines.
- Reliability and Flexibility: Dependable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, with a strong commitment to supporting the organization's vision, mission, and core values.
- Background Check: Must pass comprehensive background checks, ensuring a safe and secure work environment.
