Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Loan Specialist to join our team at Heights Finance. As a Consumer Loan Specialist, you will play a critical role in assisting customers with their personal installment loan needs, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet and assist every customer in a professional manner, ensuring a positive and personalized experience.
  • Loan Origination: Process loan applications to determine customer eligibility, and work with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable loan options.
  • Marketing and Sales: Market new loans to existing and new customers through solicitation calls, and educate customers on all product offerings, including loan options and insurance products.
  • Account Management: Work with past due customers to bring their account current through collection calls, and provide support to customers with questions or concerns.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Mindset: Possess a strong customer service orientation and ability to provide exceptional service to customers.
  • Sales and Customer Service Experience: Have experience in sales and/or customer service, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Time Management and Multitasking: Demonstrate the ability to multitask and effectively manage time to meet deadlines and achieve goals.
  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
