Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to STCs, ensuring efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service delivery, including ISPs and other essential documents.
  • Assist with the coordination of training and development activities for Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
  • Collaborate with STCs to ensure compliance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities
  • Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to providing high-quality support services
