Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach life skills and manage symptoms to support residents in achieving their full potential.
  • Access community resources to provide comprehensive support and care.
  • Document services in the electronic health record to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Participate in facility cooking, cleaning, and general maintenance duties to maintain a safe and healthy environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a human services field or three years of experience providing services in a similar setting.
  • Must be a QMHA on the Mental Health & Addictions Certification Board of Oregon (MHACBO) registry or meet eligibility qualifications to register.
  • Proficiency in using e-mail, composing documents, and learning to use our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Valid OR driver's license and satisfactory driving record to transport clients.
