Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of store operations, including supervising team members, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
* Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis to help drive business decisions.
* Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee retention.
* Maintain a positive and productive working environment by promoting a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
Requirements:
* 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role in the food service industry.
* Proven track record of success in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing costs.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor\u2019s degree in business or a related field preferred.
