Job Title: Assistant Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Domino's Franchise. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for assisting in the daily oversight, coordination, and execution of stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, customer service, and satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Assist in the management of store operations, including supervising team members, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

* Ensure that customers receive excellent service and that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

* Assist in the preparation of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

* Supervise and coordinate the delivery of products, ensuring that they are received in the correct unit count and condition.

* Assist in the management of labor costs, ensuring that they are in line with company objectives.

* Assist in the scheduling of labor, ensuring that positions are staffed when and as needed.

* Maintain a positive and productive working environment, promoting a culture of teamwork and respect.

**Requirements:**

* 2+ years of experience in a management or supervisory role.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
