About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled SAS Administrator to join our team at AssuranceAmerica. As a SAS Administrator, you will be responsible for the overall availability and health of the SAS environment, including user training, maintenance, performance tuning, and troubleshooting system-related issues.

You will also be responsible for maintaining custom SAS processes, administering the SAS platform, and learning and maintaining best practices for deployment, implementation, and administration of various SAS products.

Additionally, you will work with cross-functional teams to create, implement, and deploy business solutions as needed, and proactively communicate directly with business representatives to extract requirements and review work in progress.

Requirements for this role include a 4-year degree in a related technical/data analytics field, at least 4 years of SAS experience (analytics), and strong knowledge of SQL and data structures.

Preferred qualifications include experience in the insurance industry, particularly non-standard auto, 8 or more years of SAS experience (analytics + administration), experience with PowerBI, and experience with ArcGIS.
