Pathways LA is seeking a highly qualified Associate Director, Early Care and Education Programs to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for the administration of high-quality, community-based early care and education programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure compliance with all center-based regulations, including Community Care Licensing and funding terms.
- Oversee business operations, pedagogy, and staff development to ensure high-quality programs.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance program quality, staff training, and community partnerships.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to prepare annual budgets and reports.
- Represent Pathways LA in community organizations, partner agencies, and with funders.
- Bachelor's degree in Child Development, Early Care and Education, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working with children ages 0-5 in a licensed classroom setting.
- Experience in early childhood education program management, staff supervision, and curriculum design.
- Pediatric CPR and first aid certification, TB clearance, and required vaccinations.
