We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at NTT DATA Services. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our projects, including staff management, contract management, and budget management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project schedules, including task assignment and deadline management.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, communication plans, risk logs, and issue logs.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and methodologies.
  • Develop deliverables in accordance with project requirements and company documentation standards.
  • Provide regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Review and assess project management plans and processes from solution vendors.
  • Identify, review, and analyze project risks and issues.
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with large government, IT projects in the State Health and Human Services industry.
  • 5 years of Project Management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree or 4 years of additional relevant work experience.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Master Project Management (MPM) certification.

Preferred Skills:

  • Medicaid program or solution experience.
  • Consulting experience.
  • Experience with federal certification requirements, especially for Medicaid solutions.

Compensation and Benefits:

This role is eligible for a competitive salary range of $113,000 to $162,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, this position may be eligible for incentive compensation and company benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401(k) program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
