At Crowne Plaza Riverside Village, we are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Hospitality Agent to join our team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to all guests and potential guests.

Responsibilities will include checking guests in and out, promoting company programs, maintaining guest records, cash handling, monitoring guest satisfaction, problem resolution, and maintaining a high standard of integrity, service, and hospitality at all times.

The successful candidate will be able to take written and verbal direction in English, speak English clearly, and relate to the public in a warm and friendly manner.

They will also be able to pay attention to detail, handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and work alone as scheduled.

Key responsibilities will include greeting and registering guests, keeping records of room availability and guests' accounts, confirming or canceling reservations, checking in and out in accordance with hotel handling policies, issuing room keys and escort instructions, computing bills, collecting payments, and enforcing hotel check-in and check-out policies.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, have an outgoing and welcoming personality, be able to follow instructions without close supervision, and be proficient in Microsoft and Excel.

A high school education or equivalent is required, and the successful candidate will be able to write clearly and maintain confidentiality.
