Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Adhere to all state, federal, and company regulations regarding alcohol service, including verifying guest identification and preventing the sale of alcohol to minors or intoxicated individuals.
  • Maintain a well-stocked bar area by requisitioning and organizing beer, wine, spirits, glassware, ice, garnishes, and other necessary supplies.
  • Prepare fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishable items to ensure the highest quality of beverages.
  • Greet guests warmly and provide friendly, efficient service throughout their visit.
  • Accurately take orders for drinks, mix and garnish them according to established recipes, and present them professionally.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of liquor laws and responsibly detect and address guest inebriation as trained.
  • Process cash transactions, make change, verify charges, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Secure the bar area at the end of each shift by locking up all beverage products, food items, equipment, deposits, and cash drops.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing general cleaning tasks and adhering to health and safety standards.
