Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled To-Go Specialist to join our team at TGI FRIDAYS // Store # 1742. As a To-Go Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of convenience without compromising quality or safety.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking orders over the phone and in person, and offering to-go order guests a beverage if one has not been ordered.
  • Preparing orders and organizing them into bags, ensuring that everything is included and accounted for.
  • Greeting guests and drivers within 30 seconds, and cashing out guests to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Responsible for accurate cash handling, and ensuring that online and to-go orders are completed within 2 minutes of arrival.
  • Packing TOGO and delivery orders, and confirming the order with the guest or driver.
  • Providing excellent customer service, and thanking guests for choosing Fridays and inviting them back again.
  • Performing side duties, including answering the phone, opening doors, cleaning work stations, expediting orders, and running food.
  • Stocking the TOGO area.
