Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to senior-level staff physicians, residents, and administrators, ensuring seamless coordination and effective communication within the department. You will also be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating special projects.

The ideal candidate has strong EPIC experience, with the ability to schedule and coordinate complex appointments, as well as work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with an Associate's Degree preferred. Three years of office experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, and excellent typing skills (35 wpm) are essential.
