We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Professional to join our team in the Capital Projects department at Tri-C.

About the Role:

  • This is a full-time support staff position that reports to the VP, Capital, Construction & Facilities.
  • The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative support experience and a bachelor's degree.
  • The Executive Support Professional will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Vice President and the department.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitors departmental budget and maintains accurate records and files for budget data.
  2. Prepares monthly updates and reports for department budgets and serves as site budget preparation liaison with the Office of Finance and Business Services.
  3. Develops methods and procedures to improve services and workflow within the department.
  4. Assists the VP, CCF with travel-related documents and reports and manages the collection of data for the diversity dashboard for CC&F construction projects.

Required Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree or associate's degree with significant related experience may substitute for education.
  • Minimum of five years of progressively responsible administrative support experience.
  • Demonstrated experience making sound decisions that affect a work unit or team and monitoring a business area's budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Demonstrated experience working at the executive level.

Salary Range: $50,700 - $53,300 per year. The final offer will be based on an assessment of internal equity and the candidate's qualifications.

Work Environment: This is a normal professional office environment with some walking, standing, bending, and carrying light items. Work may also require traveling to meetings and conferences away from the worksite.
