As a Senior Estimator, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of our business by preparing and coordinating estimates on internal and external projects. With 10-15+ years of experience in the Mining and Natural Resources sectors, you will bring expertise and leadership to our team.

Responsibilities
This position involves assisting Business Development with procurement strategies, developing industry relationships, reviewing and evaluating bid requests, and preparing proposal responses. You will also mentor the team across various Mining and Natural Resources projects, growing exceptional people for your team. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing weekly bid calendars, ensuring timely completion of pricing, reviewing estimates and revisions for completeness and accuracy, attending project scope review meetings, and identifying potential pricing gaps.

Requirements
The successful candidate will possess strong technical skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents such as drawings, specifications, bid forms, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. They will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. This individual must be well-versed in the industry and the Company's competitors and have a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
