Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development of fully integrated services across the continuum of care, ensuring seamless transitions and high-quality patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to expand, improve, and strengthen service line operations, functions, and programs.
  • Set standards and expectations for quality, patient safety, and other important outcomes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.
  • Drive financial performance and operational efficiency, ensuring the long-term sustainability of our healthcare services.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a clinical leadership role within the healthcare industry, with a track record of driving organizational change and achieving measurable results.
  • Strategic thinking and execution, with the ability to align operational initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels of the organization.
  • Medical Doctor (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree with board certification in a relevant specialty.
