  • Engage with clients to assess their vehicle service and repair needs
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through strong relationship-building skills

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience as an automotive service advisor is essential (experience with Mercedes-Benz is preferred)
  • Strong focus and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to undergo background checks and drug screenings
