About the Role:
Omega Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Create and revise quality documentation, including procedures and checklists.
- Conduct quality controls and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Investigate faulty products and identify root causes of defects.
- Communicate with suppliers and create error reports to resolve quality issues.
- Enter quality data into our computer system, including blocking faulty items and creating new items.
- Participate in new product development projects as a quality representative.
- Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, procurement/planning, R&D, customer service, and marketing.
- Assist with internal audits and prepare for system audits, such as ISO9001.
- Perform other related tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field, and further education in quality management.
- Relevant work experience, with experience with testing equipment preferred.
- Knowledge of quality systems and technical drawings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Willingness to travel.
