Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Create and revise quality documentation, including procedures and checklists.
  • Conduct quality controls and audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Investigate faulty products and identify root causes of defects.
  • Communicate with suppliers and create error reports to resolve quality issues.
  • Enter quality data into our computer system, including blocking faulty items and creating new items.
  • Participate in new product development projects as a quality representative.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, including operations, procurement/planning, R&D, customer service, and marketing.
  • Assist with internal audits and prepare for system audits, such as ISO9001.
  • Perform other related tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Completed vocational training, preferably in a technical field, and further education in quality management.
  • Relevant work experience, with experience with testing equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of quality systems and technical drawings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Willingness to travel.
