Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and compassionate Community Living Assistant to join our team at Community Access Services. In this role, you will provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities, helping them achieve their personal goals and live independently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Support individuals in achieving personal goals and participating in community events and activities.
  • Administer medications according to training and maintain accurate health and behavioral records.
  • Foster a safe, clean, and respectful environment in the home or community settings.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in caregiving, social work, or a related field. We offer a competitive salary of $23.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, and employee assistance services.
