Position Overview:

The Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of assigned guest rooms and suites to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest accommodations, including making beds, sanitizing bathrooms, and tidying living areas.
  • Dust surfaces, vacuum carpets, and wash windows to enhance the overall appearance of the rooms.
  • Check and replenish supplies on the service cart to ensure all necessary items are available for guest use.
  • Report any maintenance issues or deficiencies to the appropriate department for prompt resolution.
  • Remove used linens, towels, and amenities from rooms to maintain a fresh environment for guests.
Customer Service Expectations:

Exhibit excellent customer service skills while interacting with guests and colleagues. Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a welcoming atmosphere.

Work Schedule:

Must be available to work weekends and holidays as required.

Compensation:

The position offers a competitive wage of $15.00 per hour.
