Position Overview:
This role offers both entry-level and experienced positions in field customer service within the automotive sector. Comprehensive training is provided, along with necessary equipment.
Employees will receive a competitive hourly wage, along with daily bonuses that can increase earnings by an additional $3 per hour, totaling up to $5,700 annually. We are pleased to offer a $500 sign-on bonus to qualified candidates as a token of our appreciation for your commitment.
As a Frontliner, you will take on the following roles:
- Vehicle Media Specialist: You will travel to various automotive dealerships, utilizing company-provided equipment to capture high-quality images, videos, and 360-degree virtual tours of the constantly changing vehicle inventory. You will assist in marketing each vehicle by creating window stickers and providing additional related services. A fully trained Frontliner is expected to service 15 or more vehicles daily.
- Inventory Flow Analyst: Ensuring that vehicle imagery is uploaded online is crucial for our clients. You will become knowledgeable about the status of their vehicle inventory during the pre-sale process, working diligently to get as many vehicles online as possible.
- Communicator: We emphasize the importance of communication. You will check in each morning and check out at the end of each service visit, updating dealerships on the status of your work. Our Frontliners enjoy an independent outdoor work environment, striving towards clear objectives while delivering exceptional customer service. Xcite Automotive is the fastest-growing field service provider in the automotive industry, serving dealerships nationwide with a dedicated team of over 500 members.
