Direct Support Professional 1

We are seeking a dedicated Direct Support Professional 1 to join our team and support individuals in our Level 1 residential programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide daily support and assistance to individuals with skills training in activities of daily living.
- Create opportunities for individuals to develop their skills and foster independence.
- Ensure compliance with DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, and other regulatory standards.
- Assist individuals with medical, clinical, and financial needs.
- Transport and accompany individuals to medical, recreational, and other activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Develop positive relationships with guardians, family members, and other stakeholders.
- High school diploma or GED - Associate's Degree or DSP Certification preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with people with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and minimum 1 year of driving experience.
