Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Behavior Technician to join our team in Bellingham, WA. As a key member of our therapy team, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and community environments.

Responsibilities
  • Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) driven programs to deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations.
  • Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting.
  • Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
  • Track client progress and program data, understanding and adhering to Company Policy and Procedures.
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
Requirements
  • Certified Behavior Technician certificate.
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
