About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team in Bellingham. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will work with individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings, implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) driven programs and providing 1:1 therapy.

Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA programs for youth with developmental disabilities in home and community environments
  • Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in home or community settings
  • Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
  • Provide feedback on progress to supervisor
  • Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
  • Track client progress and program data
  • Understand and adhere to Company Policy and Procedures
  • Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient-related information
Requirements
  • Certified Behavior Technician certificate
  • Bachelor's Degree, preferred
  • Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation and insurance
  • Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
