Join our team at ResCare Premier Inc. as a Behavioral Health Specialist, providing essential support to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings.
Responsibilities:- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) driven programs to deliver real results and exceed patients' expectations.
- Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with developmental disabilities in a home or community setting.
- Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst.
- Track client progress and program data, adhering to Company Policy and Procedures.
- Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals.
- Certified Behavior Technician certificate.
- Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
- Two or more years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged population.
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
- Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
