About the College-Conservatory of Music

Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses two primary areas:

  • Financial Administration (approximately 50%)
    • Oversee fiscal administrative tasks, including payroll processing and purchasing.
    • Monitor financial health across various programs and prepare monthly financial reports.
  • Operations Administration (approximately 50%)
    • Assist in developing unit policies and procedures, including logistics for summer programs and event coordination.
    • Manage personnel transactions and ensure compliance with institutional policies.
Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in accounting or a related field is required.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in finance or accounting is essential.
  • Experience with financial software and strong organizational skills are preferred.
Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based, with standard physical demands associated with an administrative role.
