Position Overview:
Part-Time RN/LPN, 24 hours per week

Shift: 11 PM - 7 AM
Sign-On Bonus: $3000**


RiverWoods Exeter is actively seeking a dedicated RN or LPN for a part-time overnight role, committed to delivering exceptional resident care within a collaborative team environment that prioritizes the well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:


- Deliver professional nursing care in alignment with facility policies, industry standards, and state regulations.

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update personalized care plans for residents. Participate in care plan meetings as required.

- Implement care protocols addressing various needs such as fall prevention, safety, behavior management, weight control, skin care, bowel and bladder management, infection control, and pain management.

- Monitor and document changes in residents' health status, reporting findings to physicians and treatment teams.

- Provide comprehensive clinical data to support effective decision-making.
- Offer leadership and guidance to direct care staff, assigning daily tasks and overseeing care delivery.
- Foster positive relationships with team members, residents, and their families to ensure open communication.
- Administer and document medications and treatments according to professional standards and nursing policies, maintaining secure narcotics inventory.
- Promote and sustain a positive culture for both team members and residents.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a Nursing Degree or Diploma from an accredited institution.
- Experience in long-term care and specialized knowledge in geriatric nursing is preferred.
- Valid RN or LPN license in the State of New Hampshire is required. Certification in intravenous therapy is a plus. Continuing education units must be maintained annually.

- CPR certification is mandatory.
