Job Overview

This role is responsible for being fully involved in sales and customer experience activities, both virtually and in-store. Perform various tasks including preparing titles, loan documents, and taking down payments. Guide customers through test drives, demonstrating vehicle features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fully engage in sales and customer experience activities, including communication and paperwork prior to customer visits and in-person solutions.
  • Collaborate with Managers and other Customer Experience Guides to delegate tasks and meet customer and company needs.
  • Understand and execute administrative responsibilities, such as deal documentation, underwriting, cash handling, inventory management, and meeting company expectations.
  • Implement company directives, initiatives, and expectations.
  • Making phone calls, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and educating potential customers about their options.
  • Partner with team members to reach sales targets.
  • Opening/closing the dealership when needed.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; associates or bachelors preferred or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of related work experience, such as customer service, sales, or retail industry.
  • A valid driver's license and acceptable driving record for the previous 3 years.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Salary and Compensation

The estimated salary for this position is around $52,500 per year, plus bonuses. With a competitive pay structure and monthly bonus shares, we strive to recognize job well done and reward employees for their contributions.
