Retail Sales Associate Part Time Seasonal

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at HomeGoods. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and supporting the growth of your career.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, engaging with all customers and embodying our customer experience principles and philosophy.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
- Support and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
- Initiate and participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Possess excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail, capable of multi-tasking and responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Able to work effectively with peers and supervisors, and possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Retail customer experience preferred.
