Sales Professional for Home Services

Lifetime Home Services is a family-owned company with over 25 years of experience in radon mitigation, expanding its services to become a one-stop shop for homeowners. We're seeking a dynamic Home Service Salesperson to join our team and contribute to our growth.
Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of projects and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the home services or related industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Self-motivated with a proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
Compensation Package:
- A competitive base salary of $90,000 per year.
- An uncapped commission structure offering lucrative earning potential.
- A comprehensive benefits package including health insurance and paid time off.
Work Environment:
- Full-time position with flexible scheduling and remote work options.
- Relocation to Delafield, WI required before starting work.
